Welcome to C. Glory Nutrition!

Catherine G. Moran is an attorney...in between workouts and meals! Whether serving as Captain for her collegiate basketball team or competing in half marathons after law school, Catherine has always maintained a disciplined and active lifestyle. She recently placed first in the 2016 Musclemania Lone Star Figure Open Tall Division in May 2016. As a fitness competitor, she has developed a thorough understanding of evidence-based diet and nutrition planning for everyone from the high school athlete to the new mom who needs a little help rediscovering that pre-baby body! 

My services include creating a customized menu (or menus) based on your gender, height, weight, lifestyle, and goals. We will walk through your habits and break down problem areas. If you absolutely must have, for example, honey in your morning coffee or a piece of chocolate after dinner, that's not a problem! We can work around the food items you cannot live without in order to create an itemized list for every meal. 


Each individually customized menu will include the serving size, calorie, carb, protein, and fat breakdown for each food item!  After receiving your menu(s), I will remain available to you in order to answer any questions concerning your menu!
